FAQ
Straight answers, before the call.
How matching works, what it costs, and what to expect. If your question is not here, ask us directly — you will get a person, not a funnel.
The model
What exactly does Traction Bridge do?
We match companies with experienced marketing practitioners — 10+ years of hands-on execution, most with far more — on flexible retainers: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual. One named operator embeds with your business and ships the work. We handle the matching, the engagement structure, and the guarantee.
Is this an agency?
No. Agencies assemble teams and manage your account through their process; that model fits many companies well (some agencies are our clients). Traction Bridge places one individual, accountable operator inside your business. You work with them directly, in your tools, on your priorities.
Is this a fractional CMO?
No — and the distinction matters. A fractional CMO adds a strategy layer. Our operators are executors: they build the campaigns, write the emails, run the channels. If you already know roughly what needs doing and need someone experienced to actually do it, that is the job we fill. See the full comparison: contractor vs. fractional CMO.
Who are the marketers on your bench?
Experienced practitioners screened for 10+ years of real execution — marketing managers, directors, strategists, and ops specialists across SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, eCommerce, and more. Matches are picked personally by our founder, who has spent 30 years in marketing, not by an algorithm.
Getting started
How fast can we start?
You meet your matches within 3 business days of your intake call, and your operator is typically working inside your business within a week.
How does matching work?
A short intake call covers your goals, channels, tools, and working style. We then hand-pick candidates from the bench whose industry and channel experience fit, and you meet them before anything is signed. If the first match is not right, you see another — no fee, no restart.
What if it does not work out?
Every engagement carries a 15-day fit guarantee. If the fit is wrong in the first 15 days, we rematch you or you walk away. After that, engagements are month-to-month — no annual lock-in.
Pricing and billing
What does it cost?
Four transparent tiers: Sprint at $1,500/week for defined pushes, Build at $6,000/month, Expand at $11,000/month, and Anchor — embedded leadership four days a week — custom-scoped from $12,000/month. Full details on the pricing page.
Are there fees on top of the retainer?
No. No platform subscription, no deposits, no percentage markup on talent, and never a percent-of-ad-spend fee. The tier price is the whole price.
How does billing work?
Weekly engagements bill bi-weekly in arrears. Monthly and quarterly engagements are invoiced 50% at signing and 50% two weeks in. Invoices are electronic; ACH or check.
Can we change tiers?
Yes — engagements are month-to-month and tiers flex up or down as your workload changes.
Working together
Whose tools do we use?
Yours. Your operator works inside your CRM, ad accounts, analytics, and project tools. Everything built during the engagement — campaigns, assets, data — belongs to you.
Who manages the operator day to day?
You set the priorities and the goals; Traction Bridge stays responsible for the operator relationship, quality, and continuity. You get direct access — Slack or email — from day one, plus written monthly progress against agreed outcomes.
Do you work with companies outside Ohio?
Yes. We are based in Ohio and serve companies across the US. Engagements are remote-first, with on-site time by arrangement.
Can you train our in-house team instead of doing the work for us?
Yes — that is the Google Ads Team Coaching Sprint: four weeks, fixed price, an experienced operator coaching your team inside your own account.
